Getting realizations from this episode. Having finished this up to the last episode including the movies, rewatching and rewatching when I feel like it, this episode suddenly makes more sense to me. Spoilers ahead

It was revealed in this episode that Ging became a hunter to find something he wants (nothing specific)---towards the end of the episodes it was revealed on top of the World tree that what Ging wants is what he couldn't see (major goosebumps iykwim)

It was in this episode also that Gon and Killua decided to stick together. Killua said he has a lot of things he doesn't wanna do but doesn't have anything he wants to do --- making him jealous of Gon. This came full circle when Killua finally finds what he "wanted" to do --save Gon, keep Aluka and Something safe and set her free --he now has purpose

We still don't know anything about Gon's biological mom. I don't even know if that would be something they would eventually reveal or could be a plotline for another arc -I'm just getting ahead of myself lol

Must be a nice feeling for Killua getting to spend time with an actual family
